Projects appear only when the developer has an active paid agreement and the content has passed review. Facts come from the developer’s own published materials and show the date they were captured. Anything not published is marked as such — never estimated.

Who we work with

Developers and builders, realtors and mortgage professionals use paid workspaces to manage listings, inquiries and appointments. Sponsored placements are always labelled and never earn a verification badge.

What we are not

presale.homes is not a real estate brokerage or a mortgage lender, and does not provide real estate, legal, tax or financial advice. Commission sharing, referral fees and lead selling are switched off.
