This notice explains what presale.homes collects and why. It applies to every site in the SAZ presale ecosystem.
What we collect
Inquiries you send. Your name, email, optional phone and message, and the recipient(s) you chose. We record your consent separately for each recipient and share your details only with them.
Pricing requests. Contact and company details you submit, with your choices about follow-up and optional marketing.
Accounts. Your email address and sign-in sessions. We use one-time email links instead of passwords.
Usage. First-party, cookie-free analytics (pages and actions such as viewing or comparing projects) using a daily-rotating anonymous identifier. No third-party advertising trackers.
What we don’t do
We don’t sell personal information, and we don’t send your details to anyone you didn’t choose. We don’t collect income, credit or banking documents.
Retention
We keep inquiry and account records while they are needed for the purpose you gave them, and remove or anonymise them on request where the law allows.
