presale.homes does not act as a real estate brokerage, agent, lender or mortgage broker, and does not give real estate, legal, tax or financial advice. Calculators and comparisons are estimates based on the stated assumptions.

Paid plans

Professional plans and buyer research access are paid and quoted individually. Access starts only when SAZ activates it after an agreement and payment. Submitting a pricing inquiry does not create an agreement.

Acceptable use

Don’t scrape, resell or misuse listing data, upload content you don’t have rights to, or try to access accounts or data that aren’t yours.
